String Theory

string.jpgI’m not sure what it is.

I’m not sure what it does.

I’m not sure how it works.

I’m not even sure if it means anything at all… but I find I cannot make myself stop.

The “it” in question is the String Spin Toy. It’s not quite a game, not quite a web app, not quite useful. It is, however, completely addictive.

Draw a line. It rotates. Then click a button to “spin” those lines, and the most bizarre patterns start to appear.

Clear the screen, and start it all over… whatever “it” might be.

Graphic design and geometric geeks will actually love this one.

Mere words do not properly explain this little online toy. Just go over there, click your mouse, spin some lines, and be mesmerized.
