Wasting Time With Mushrooms
I’m not even sure what this site is supposed to be, but that’s ok. Understanding it would probably ruin the mystique anyway.
Whether you believe Mushroom Life is a science lesson, a random time-waster, or a strategy game, chances are you will find yourself playing for at least a few minutes.
The idea is to plant mushrooms so as time goes on, future generations don’t die. Too few mushrooms and your plants will die of loneliness, too many and they’ll die from over-crowding. Certain combinations will spawn new mushrooms, and others will maintain the status quo.
If you’re truly lost, there are some suggested patterns at the bottom.
This site is actually going a long way to explaining why my gardens are such disasters.
